BIG NEWS!!! Tavik Designer Nicole Hanriot is starting a new line!! Knowing how talented she is and how much we LOVE what she does, we had to find out more about the launch of Beach Riot and the latest trends in her hometown of Southern California.

What inspired you to start this new venture? Is this something you have been planning for a while?
It has always been my dream to launch my own collection. It seemed like a fantastic opportunity for me to start my own line at this time after growing as a designer in the swim industry over the past three years.

You have been so successful with Tavik and we love the vibe… will this line be similar?

As a designer I have my own certain style and for me that will remain and evolve through out my designs.

How would you describe the Beach Riot customer?
She is a California beach babe, who loves fashion

What are the price points?
Prices range from 49.00-200.00

What type of silhouettes will be you offering? (brazilian, high waisted?)
Our silhouettes will feature styles ranging from your sporty surfer cut to fashion forward one pieces. Seamless cheeky bottoms, smocked styles, underwires, and cut outs.

Do you have a favorite swimsuit for this summer?
One of my favorite suits is the Jane one piece, which is a bold leopard one piece with elastic cut outs.

Any other go-to items you can share from your summer wardrobe?
Yes I can’t leave for the beach with out my panama hat and karen walker shades.

Favorite beach.. Strands in Dana Point
