It is made for the girl who needs a quick workout option in 15 or 30 minutes to obtain a full body sweat (no joke). Our favorites are the 30 min GET LEAN beginner SWEAT + SHAPE or the GET TONED intermediate KICKIN IT. We also love all the 15 minute get focused options. You can pick an any area of your body to tone in 15mins. We recommend a short 3 minute run or warm up before starting any of the get focused sections. TRY IT…you will feel amazing after one week!
