Didn't love your new suit? We offer returns for store credit. We except returns within 14 business days of when you recieved your order!

Unfortunately, all sale items are final.

How to return your order:

1. Email us at info@shopbikinibird.com or call +1-808-263-8389. State your order number and which item(s) you would like to return.

2. We will issue you a return# to refer to. Once provided with a return#, please mail your return to the following address:

Please note, we do not provide prepaid return labels or refund you original shipping cost. We recommend shipping via USPS First Class or Priority. 

3. Once received, we will process your return within 3-5 business days. Your store credit code will be issued to you via email. There is no expiration date for your store credit. Feel free to chat with us via email or phone! We can help you find your right size or a new item!

Please note:

We offer returns for store credit only. 

We do not offer direct exchanges. (A new order must be placed, with the use of your store credit code.)

We do not refund shipping charges. 

All return items must be unused and undamaged with its original hang tag and sanitary strip.
