It must also be in the original packaging with original tags & sanitary strip. Proof of purchase will be required to process the refund or exchange. Once the return has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. All items must be returned via a traceable shipping method (e.g. USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
Shipping & handling return labels shall be included in every package. If the return label is lost, contact us for a new label.
