- Hand wash or a gentle/delicate machine cycle wash in cold water with a gentle detergent
- Rinse thoroughly, drip dry and ensure item is completely dry before use
- A simple lint roller / brush is the best way to remove surface dust and dirt

We do our very best to fulfill your order as soon as possible! Order processing generally takes 2-4 business days. Once fulfilled, we will email you your tracking number. Occasionally, some of your items will be shipped separately. In this case, separate tracking numbers will be provided. All orders are shipped via USPS. Please provide an address that is deliverable by the USPS.

All sunglasses, intimates, beauty products & sale items are final sale.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from our website. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Unfortunately at this time we do not accept any returns from International purchases.
To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags & sanitary strip. Proof of purchase will be required to process the refund or exchange. Please email us at info@shopbikinibird.com with your order number, item description, and the reason for return or exchange.
Once the return has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. All items must be returned via a traceable shipping method (e.g. USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
Shipping & handling return labels shall be included in every package. If the return label is lost, contact us for a new label. We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet the requirements stated above.
